Fluidyne Sight Glass or Sight Flow Indicators are available in Flanged, Screwed, Socket Weld, Butt Weld and Pad types. Fluidyne Sight Glasses or Sight Flow Indicators are of Double Window or Single Window and Full View types. Fluidyne Sight Glass or Sight Flow Indicators are also available in Angular, Rotating Wheel, Flapper, Ball and Dip Tube design. Materials used are Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Carbon Steel, Bronze, P.V.C, P.P, Rubber Lined, Teflon Lined, Lead Lined or FRP Lined. Fluidyne Sight Glass or Sight Flow Indicators have plain or Reflex glass of Toughened Borosilicate, Molded Pyrex in Rectangular, Round, Cylindrical. Peephole types of glasses. Micais used for high temperature service. Fluidyne Sight Glass or Sight Flow Indicators are also made in Pad mounted-Round/Rectangular shapes.

FSG 110 Model Flow Glasses are assembled with tubular flared QVF type glass. Simple in construction and are used for checking flow from any direction where various valves or pumps might have to be operated based on the flow in the line. These are recommended where there is no mechanical strain in the pipeline.

FSG 110 (A) This model is same as FSG 110 except that of rigid construction and it can take moderate strains.

FSG 120 This model is same as Model 110 in construction except that it has a dip- tube so that vertical flow s and colorless liquid flows can be detected due to the projecting dip tube.

FSG 130 This model is also assembled with tubular glass but are fixed with two extra spool pieces of material same as the pipeline to avoid brakeage of glass during installation due to pipe strain.
Spool pieces are manufactured in Mild steel Stainless Steel, PVC FRP, PTFE and Lead Lining.

FSG 140 This model is Q.V.F. Type with Teflon Bush and contact parts and has simplicity in maintenance and replacement of glass.

FSG 210 DOUBLE WINDOW Sight Flow Glass Indicators are assembled with 2 nos. of circular flat glasses on either side of a slotted main body of specified material. These flow indicators are best adapted to vertical downward flow. These model are particular useful in distillation and similar apparatus where flow is apt to be intermittent. They are designed without any obstruction to handle the intermittent flow as well as full flow and can be supplied with or without Dip Tube as per requirements. Available for pressure ratings 150#, 300#, 600#.

FSG 220 FLIPPER TYPE Sight Flow Glass Indicators are identical in construction to FSG 210 except that that these are fitted with flappers to indicate flow. These flow indicators are recommended for horizontal and vertical pipelines with upward flow. These units are best suited to transparent or slightly opaque solution and are also used for gases. Position of flapper indicates flow. One important use of these flow indicators is in lines where a downstream valve may remain closed and even though the flow glass remains full, there may not be any flow. In such cases, the flapper position alone can indicate whether here is flow or not.(Example : Cooling water flow to bearing may be stopped due to a human error of closing a downstream valve and only the flapper can indicate the real position)

FSG 230 ROTATING WHEEL TYPE Sight Flow Glass Indicators with rotating paddle wheel are suitable for installation in any position, but are particularly adapted to pipelines carrying dark opaque solutions, where his motion of the wheel is easily detected. This model is equally adapted to transparent solutions and gases. It is frequently installed where observation must be made from a distance.

FSG 240 EXTRA LARGE WINDOW Sight Flow Glass Indicators with or without Flapper, Drip-tube, Rotating Wheel, Floating Ball can be supplied on special request.

FSG 300 ANGULAR TYPE Sight Flow Glass Indicators are designed to meet any requirements where straight-line indicators are not suitable. This sight flow indicator can be furnished with or without a dip- tube, which is brought into the center area of the window for easier observation.
